We each run our own small, but mighty businesses. We understand the challenges of being a small business owner – juggling work, clients, family life and of course our own marketing. We find it hard to fit it all in, so we know you do too!

HELLO. I'M HELEN DOBSON.

I am the founder of Core Social, dedicated to helping brands increase their online visibility and build loyal communities through organic social media.

With extensive experience managing social media for many different businesses from a wide range of sectors, I thrive on working with small to medium-sized businesses to help them achieve their growth potential.

I am passionate about promoting authentic, engaging online marketing that gives your business the stand out it deserves.

Sam tells me that my personal, supportive approach makes me easy and relaxed to work with. And she says I’m always giggling…which she loves – thanks Sam!

I am a passionate brand enthusiast and the creative force behind Rethink Branding, an integrated Brand Communications studio with results driven expertise in branding, social media, websites, email marketing and printed design work.

With an early career in leading advertising agencies, I now work directly with service-based entrepreneurs and business owners who need agency experience without the agency price-tag.

I love to work closely with my clients and their teams to truly understand what makes the business tick – enabling me to better advise, and deliver targeted, consistent work that gets attention.

I am known for my infectious creativity and dedication to delivering results.

Helen brings out the very best in me – thanks Helen! Together we act our shoe size not our age!

FAQS

Where is it being held?
The Club at High Legh Park Golf Club & Driving Range, Warrington Road, High Legh, Knutsford WA16 0WA

What time do I need to arrive?
The event begins at 9am with drinks and networking amongst attendees.
Feel free to bring your business cards. We will begin at 9.30am.
The day will end at 4pm

Is it easy to park?
Yes! Super-easy. There’s lots of parking and it’s free!

Will I need a laptop?
Good question! If you wish to make notes on the day, feel free to bring your laptop or use your phone.
We do politely ask that everyone puts their phones on silent out of respect for other attendees.

Is the venue accessible?
Yes it is. Our room is on the ground floor accessed by a wide corridor.
There are double doors to get through but staff around to help if needed.

Can I get drinks and food on the day
Drinks and a buffet lunch are included in your ticket price
(we will be in touch to ask about any dietary requirements when you have booked your ticket)
The venue also has a club house serving hot and cold drinks and bar food.

What does the Training Day cost?
Tickets are £325 for the full day and includes drinks and a buffet lunch.
Places are limited to 15 so grab your ticket early!
There is a 15% early bird discount if you book on or before 31st August 2025
